Objective
To further consolidate the market share, TVS intended to penetrate into deep rural pockets.
Strategy
To set up an alternate sales channel working independently to penetrate into the lucrative and untapped areas thereby increasing the customer base and market share through direct marketing.
Activation
The area influencers from that region were involved in the program. These influencers were rich farmer, trader, teacher, and doctor, Govt. Employee (bank adhikari), reputed senior citizen.
Result
70% of non-TVS targeted villages in the projected converted to TVS villages. |
