Leading on a Mega Scale

Mahindra and Mahindra wanted to consolidate its number one position in the market. Therefore, to increase brand recall and brand loyalty and showcase all the brands of Mahindra, a larger than life “Mahotsav” was conceptualized and designed. An event done on such a mega scale is very rare in villages below 20000 pop strata. This campaign allowed lubricants and finance companies to reach their TG at one place. Farmers enquiries related to crops, use of fertilizers, soil and other technical information were also addressed by including agricultural experts in the campaign. The “Mahotsav” motivated the dealers with its conversion on sale enquiry. It also gave small entrepreneurs an opportunity to become start their own Mahindra sub dealerships.
